Hampstead Cemetery's Stars of Stage, Screen & Studio

The final resting place of Emmy, Tony, & Oscar nominated actors, BAFTA award winning screenplay writers, musical prodigies and risqué comics, Hampstead Cemetery has a stellar cast of permanent residents who have made us laugh, cry and sing from the Victorian period to present day!

Wander through the autumnal shades of golds and reds with cemetery historian Sam Perrin to learn the history of this beautiful and contemplative space, as well as enjoy the life stories of some of Britain’s finest entertainers.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:

• There are no toilet facilities onsite, however there are facilities in nearby West Hampstead village (+-10mins walk away).
• Meet inside the front gate on Fortune Green Road next to the lodge at 13h50 for a prompt 14h00 start.
• Bring a brolly, wear comfortable shoes and dress for what will likely be cold and damp November weather.
• 20% of the tour's takings will be donated to the Friends of Hampstead Cemetery to continue their ongoing good work.
