Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare 'Shaping our future' - Portsmouth

As we launch our new Trust, we want to work with you in Shaping Our Future to develop our plan and key priorities that will guide the work we do over the next five years - we call this our Trust strategy. Our Strategy will help us deliver our vision of delivering outstanding care that supports people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to live their best and healthiest lives. As we now plan for the future and set our priorities for the next five years, we want to make sure that we focus on what matters most to you about your local community, mental health and learning disability services.

You have already told us about lots of the things that are important to you, and during October and November engagement is taking place to seek views about our priorities (what matters most to people). Following this, we are running a series of co-design workshops across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, bringing together different groups to further refine and prioritise. Our ambition is to have a co-produced strategy published and communicated in March 2025.

Staff members, patients, the public, and our partners are invited to join us for this co-design workshop at St Mary's Community Health Campus in Portsmouth to help us Shape Our Future.
