hamm's run - vol. 24

this week we throw our support to SVS/BARC old school 80s 5k. get your best 80s gear on, even if it doesn't fit all that well, and bring $5 for day-of registration (17.00-17.55). you read that correctly:
A FIN GETS YOU IN!
this event is good for all runners, walkers, and ruckers. and all money collected goes towards the bay county community center.
i'll be rucking the event, if that matters to anyone.
