Hammock Sound Healing

This will truly be a special event as we are bathed with sounds from crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, & other sacred instruments. Enjoy setting your intentions for your journey, guided meditation, and vibrational sound healing as you float peacefully. This experience helps us let go of stress, embody happiness and peace, and work through difficult emotions.

Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.

You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.

This event is upstairs (no elevator).

What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.
