This will truly be a special event as we are bathed with sounds from alchemy crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sacred instruments. This experience helps us let go of stress, embody happiness and peace, and work through difficult emotions.
Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.
You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.
This event is upstairs (no elevator).

What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. Jamie and The Center also have extra. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.
