This will truly be a special event as we are bathed with sounds from crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, & other sacred instruments.This modality helps to alleviate stress, relieve tension, find our inner strength and self-love, and shed old beliefs that no longer serve us. Our fight or flight response is calmed so that we may react to stress with less reactivity. We often feel rejuvenated and revitalized with a sense of clarity during and after the experience.

Please try to arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks on time or about 5 minutes after.
No refunds for hammocks within 24 hours of the event (with limited exceptions).
Please come with your masks and bring your own mat if you choose a floor space. Otherwise a mat can be rented to you.
