You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.

Floor space: $20

Hammock space: $40

Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time to find street parking. The door locks when class starts.

What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat.

Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.
