Introducing a unique, one of a kind experience at Hammock Harmonies: A Sound Bath Journey.
Immerse yourself in a transformative journey featuring community connection and soul-soothing sound healing as you relax in the silk hammocks. We will conduct the sound bath journey for 60 minutes (6:30-7:30pm) and then we will have light refreshments and conversation for 30 minutes (7:30-8:00pm). You will leave this event feeling rejuvenated and supported by a group of empowering ladies!
This event is presented by Empower, an Ignite Leadership 360 group. At Empower, we focus on fostering a community where women can prioritize self-care and personal growth. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that encourages each woman to reach her full potential through well-being workshops, programs, and speaking events. As a group, we embrace the transformative power of self-care to enrich our lives and strengthen our collective spirit. Together We Move Mountains.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be another fee of $25 for the actual event. You will complete that part of the registration on Eventbrite.
