The Hammer is proud to announce the opening of our new Hammer2 Gallery!

A partnership with SJSU's Thompson Gallery, the Hammer2 Gallery will feature art by SJSU alumni. The inaugural exhibition's theme is "Beginnings". Submissions are now being accepted. Visit https://linktr.ee/sjsuartgalleries for more info.

The gallery will be free and open to the public every first Friday of the month from 5-9PM, joining the popular downtown event South First Fridays. Entrance to the theatre is on the west side of the building facing 2nd Street.

The Grand Opening and first New Exhibit Reception for the Hammer2 Gallery is set for August 2nd @ 5 PM.
