The Hammer And Nail is the ultimate fitness challenge. Designed to feel like part Military training, part GORUCK event, part CrossFit Games, with a sprinkling of kid games. Nothing else will challenge your fitness like The Hammer And Nail.
Life is hard, but a lot of the time we make it harder for ourselves by believing the worst will happen. How you respond makes the complete difference from success or failure. If you want to challenge yourself in a way you didn’t think possible, and learn how to find the right perspective in any struggle. I say “let the hammer hit the funny bone”. Make light of the situation and find the lesson lurking for you on the inside. When hardships and suffering begin put a smile on your face. Soon you’ll find that great power inside of you ready to be unleashed.
Rucks will be utilized for portions of this event which you’re allowed to bring your own or one will be provided. The prescribed Weight will be 30lbs male 20lbs female. No food or water will be provided durning the event. The days evolutions will bring you back to a central location allowing for your food & drink of choice to be staged for breaks as you deem necessary. All participants who successfully complete the event in the allowed time cap will receive a unique one of a kind medal. The top two men and top two women will receive additional prizes.
