Our twice-monthly in-person events provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your successes, challenges, and workings on, and receive feedback from like-minded individuals. Whether you're looking for connection and conversation or a unique teaching or guided experience, the Happy Healthy Women community welcomes you.
These sessions start promptly at 7 p.m. and are free to attend, however we do ask that you support our venue by purchasing a beverage to enjoy during our meeting. Additionally, if your plans change after RSVPing, please update your RSVP accordingly. We can't wait to see you there!
