Saranade Sound Healing, Rock N Roll Priestess Healing Arts, and Interna Mental Health and Wellness present a Hallows Eve Crystal Bowl Sound bath with Crystal Energy Meditation with Ritual beneath the waning Cancer Moon.
Come to Interna Mental Health and Wellness at their NE Minneapolis location at 2839 Central Ave NE Minneapolis MN 55418. (please note another address may populate but the address is 2839 central)
Join us at Interna Mental Health and Wellness's new ritual fire pit for a night to call out the end of the Harvest season and celebrate the celtic new year through a ritual calling respect to the wheel of the year that guides us and mother earth.
Through seven chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls, energy healing, and sacred ritual, we’ll journey from ancestral grounding into emotional release, heart restoration, reclaimed voice, and connection with the unseen. With the Sun and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio and Venus retrograde in Libra, this Samhain carries powerful energy for honoring what came before us, releasing what has completed its cycle, and restoring balance as we cross the threshold into the darker half of the year.
8:30-8:40 PM: welcome, introductions, and opening the circle
8:40-8:55: Hallows Eve/ Samhain ritual with crystal hand out
8:55-9:40: chakra-aligned crystal bowl sound bath with crystal energy mediation
9:40-9:45: grounding, reflection, and closing the circle
