Hallows Eve Breathwork Journey

Join us for a transformative

evening of Breathwork with Meredith - Our guest Breathwork faclitator this month at Come as You Are

on the eve of Halloween…

We will come together in recognition of Hallows’ Eve, honoring the ancient Celtic spiritual tradition of Samhain ("sow-win"). Samhain marked the end of the harvest and onset of winter, ushering in the darker months of the year. Samhain is thought of as a sacred time where the veil between worlds is the thinnest, celebrating cycles of death and rebirth.

We will reflect on the abundance of the past season while also acknowledging the emotions, experiences, and aspects of ourselves that are ready to be released.

This is an invitation to connect deeply with the spirit of the season, embracing themes of letting go, transformation, and honoring what is and was before.

We will gather together at COME AS YOU ARE Wellness Space, illuminated by fire and candlelight, where you will be guided through a Breathwork practice designed to facilitate release on all levels -

Mental, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual.

The communal atmosphere of In-Person Group Events is one of support and reverence: All are welcome here. Participation in intimate group gatherings, I believe, is salve for the soul. Come as you are and leave lighter!

THIS EVENT INCLUDES:

• Intentional Breathwork to cleanse the mind and body.
• Honoring the cycles of death and rebirth and celebrating the art of allowing & letting go.
• Embracing Mother Earth’s energy as we start the transition into winter and nurturing our intentions for the season ahead!
