About the Event
We’re bringing Vue La Yoga to CRE8 for yoga in a creative space dressed up for Halloween. Come solo, with a friend or with your boo. 👻
If trying yoga or showing up solo feels a little scary, this space is for you. You don’t need to know every pose or feel confident before you walk in. There will be time to catch your breath, get playful and practice courage on your mat. Feel the fear and fly anyway. 🦋
We’ll move to a bewitching, nostalgic soundtrack featuring Lana Del Rey, Kali Uchis, and covers of Halloween classics. The class will be taught in English, with options to adjust the practice and take breaks along the way.
Costumes are encouraged – just choose something you can move in. No costume? Think black, orange and pink.

Energy Exchange: Sliding scale tickets ($15, $25, $35). You choose the amount. All ticket levels include the same experience. Also still available: $12.50 each when you buy two with the BOGO sale.
About the instructor: Ceci is a yoga teacher and movement guide who believes in the power of music, rhythm, and breath to help reconnect with body, mind, and spirit. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, where the ocean, culture, and community helped shape her approach to movement as a form of healing, joy, and expression.
Ceci's classes invite students to move with intention and heart through creative exploration and mindful sequencing. She created Vue La Yoga as an invitation: a space where music, culture, and possibility take flight.
