WRISTBAND REQUIRED — Keep it on throughout the event. NO WEAPONS of any kind. NO FIGHTING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR — Immediate removal from the event. RESPECT THE CAPTAIN & CREW — All safety instructions must be followed. RESPECT THE YACHTS — Guests may be responsible for any damage they cause. MULTIPLE-BOAT TIE-UP — Do not cross between boats unless the crew says it is safe and permitted. DRINK RESPONSIBLY — Anyone who becomes excessively intoxicated or unsafe may be refused boarding or removed. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS — Everyone must have a confirmed reservation/ticket. COSTUMES ENCOURAGED 👻 — Sexy, spooky, creative. Dress to impress. KEEP PERSONAL BELONGINGS SECURE — KD Yachts is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS OR LATE ARRIVALS.
