ADMISSION & EVENT SAFETY POLICY
HALLOWEEN UNIVERSITY is intended to be a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, all guests agree to follow venue rules, event policies, and instructions from event staff and security.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
Event organizers, venue management, and security reserve the right to deny admission or remove any guest at their sole discretion for any lawful reason deemed necessary to protect the safety, security, and overall experience of the event.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
• Disorderly, aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
• Failure to follow instructions from venue staff or security
• Possession of prohibited items
• Suspected intoxication or impairment
• Attempting to bring alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, or other prohibited substances into the venue
• Fighting, harassment, unsafe behavior, or conduct that interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other guests
• Failure to provide acceptable identification or satisfy age requirements
• Violation of any posted venue or event policy
STRICT NO ALCOHOL / SMOKING POLICY
This is a STRICT NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, AND NO TOBACCO EVENT.
Guests may NOT bring alcohol into the venue.
The following are prohibited inside the venue:
• Alcohol of any kind
• Cigarettes
• Cigars
• Vapes / E-cigarettes
• Marijuana / Cannabis products
• Smoking or vaping devices
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Any other prohibited substance or item determined by venue security
Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
Guests found possessing or using prohibited items may be denied entry or immediately removed from the event.
ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY POLICY
We want everyone attending Halloween University to have an incredible night.
Fighting, harassment, threats, dangerous behavior, excessive intoxication, vandalism, or behavior that puts another guest, staff member, performer, or the venue at risk will not be tolerated.
Please respect the venue, event staff, security personnel, and everyone around you.
NO REFUNDS
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds will be issued to guests who are denied admission or removed from the event due to failure to comply with venue rules, security procedures, age or identification requirements, prohibited-item policies, or standards of conduct.
By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.
