It's Halloween! Anyone miss old-fashioned trick-or-treating? We do! Come to Spreading the Music during your trick-or-treating route. Families can visit 6 at a time and get a private walk-through of a HAUNTED MUSIC SCHOOL, all while listening to live spooky sounds, collecting bags of candy, music-making, and singing TRICK OR TREAT! This event is catered to all ages and may even get your child inspired to learn music. Great for birthday parties and family-friendly music-making. The walk-through will take about 5 to 7 minutes.

• Scares! (Catered to our babies to adults)
• and Live Halloween Music!

HOW IT WORKS:

• When you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed by someone on our team. We might encourage you to start taking music lesson, fan over your costume, or talk about lessons!
• You'll check in, then if there is a line you'll be guided to our Spooky Waiting Area, where there will be crafts, games, instruments, and music.
• When it's time to go through our "Haunted Music School", your name will be called, and you'll walk out the entrance for your private tour.
• Make sure to update your ticket so you can interact even more with the music! The walkthrough takes about 5-7 minutes.

NEW THIS YEAR!

New Indoor waiting area with games, refreshments, candy, and live music! We had a line down the block last year, so we opened up another space for our ghoulish guests to stay cool and listen to music!

This is $5 to ensure every trick-or-treater leaves with a bounty of Halloween Joy and that we can continue to be Spreading the Music in our New Orleans Community.

Who we are

Spreading the Music is a New Orleans music studio providing private music lessons, group classes, rehearsal space, and community outreach since 2016. Our mission is to embolden, support, and inspire teachers, students, musicians, and the larger community to Spread the Music to the best of their strengths and talents. We teach all ages, genres, levels, and instruments, and help build existing music programs in schools and churches.
