My dear ghosts and ghouls,
Spooky season is fast approaching, and you know what that means: it's time for our annual Halloween Trick or Treat in the Park meetup.
Location: Monbijoupark by the playground
Date: October 27th (the last Sunday in October)
Start time: 3pm until sunset
please bring:
-yourselves and your kid(s), preferably in costume
-some sort of candy collection receptacle for your child(ren) (examples: bucket, basket, tote bag)
-a basket of candy or small toys to hand out to the participants
-a blanket for sitting, if desired
How it works:
-We form a circle.
-The kids start going from station to station, asking for candy. Parents are allowed to accompany their child, and then hand out candy after their child has participated in collection.
-We hand out candy until we run out.
-In lieu of candy, you may hand out small toys, fake tattoos, etc., as long as it is appropriate for children.
in case of rain, we will most likely postpone to the following weekend.
