Celebrate Halloween with a free, family-friendly evening of festive fun at Halloween Town at Sunrise Village! This community-wide celebration brings together families, local businesses, and pet lovers for a memorable fall experience in the heart of Puyallup.

Join thousands of neighbors for a safe and exciting night of trick-or-treating, lively entertainment, and seasonal activities designed for all ages.

Trunk-or-Treat
Stroll down Main Street and collect candy from creatively decorated trunks and festive pop-up booths hosted by local businesses and vendors — a safe and spirited experience for children and families.

Visit Local Businesses
Attendees can also stop by participating Sunrise Village businesses to collect extra candy and prizes. A map of participating tenants will be available at the event to guide families to each location.

Costume Contests
Show off your spooky or silly side in our friendly contests for families, individuals, and even pets! Prizes will be awarded for the most creative, festive, and original costumes.

Haunted Redd Dog House – New for 2025
Step into a fun, spooky walkthrough experience featuring animatronic dogs and people in a playful, family-friendly setting. Presented in partnership with The Redd Dog, this all-new attraction adds an unforgettable twist to the evening. Each guest will receive a themed doggie bag upon exit.

Bring your costumes, your candy buckets, and your Halloween spirit for an evening full of community connection, creativity, and festive fun at Halloween Town at Sunrise Village!

Info: Kick off the Halloween celebrations with an afternoon of craft beer tasting and friendly competition. From 1 PM to 4 PM at our Puyallup location, five top breweries — Black Raven, Elysian, Iron Horse, Bale Breaker, and Seapine — will go head-to-head for the title of Best IPA. Guests can sample each brewery’s featured IPA, cast their votes for their favorite, and help crown the champion. This lively event is the perfect start to an exciting day at Sunrise Village. (21+ event. Valid ID required.)

Participating Tenants – Families can visit shops for candy and prizes (guided by an event map).

Info: Families, individuals, and pets are welcome to register for the costume contest. Pets will be judged first. Our furry friends will be judged on Cuteness, Originality, and Pet & Owner Coordination. Kids’ Costume Contest is for children 12 and under — judged on Creativity, Halloween Spirit, and Originality. Families or friend groups with coordinated costumes — judged on Theme Creativity and Cohesion. Onsite registration will be available; however, entry is not guaranteed for those who register onsite.

Info: Families can make last visits to their favorite booths, finish trick-or-treating, and enjoy the haunted house before the event concludes.
