Ready for a Spooky Sweat?

What better way to kick off the month of HALLOWEEN and FELLS POINT FEST than with a Sweat Crawl?!?! We cannot wait to run, jump, spin, crawl, run, and do whatever it takes to SWEAT. IT. OUT in FELLS POINT HALLOWEEN STYLE!!!

Our Route:

We will be crawling to workouts at F45 Fells Point, XPF Studio, and Breathing Dragon Yoga for our October 5th halloween crawl! You will be emailed your specific route and schedule the week of the event. The crawl is rain or shine!

*Be sure to mention all your crawlmates when you register to ensure you're on the same route*

Perfect Post Game:

We will close out the day with a light jog back to Broadway Square in the middle of the FELLS POINT FUN FESTIVAL where hang out with our new workout crew and talk about the fun we had throughout the day over some delicious, cold beverages! We will toast to a successful day as we glow as a result of our conquered workouts, all while taking in the beautiful harbor views. A perfect ending to a fun fitness-focused day.

Since this is the kick off to the month of Halloween, we will be having a COSTUME COSTEST!!!! Wear your best 80s work out gear or any costume you feel like sweating in for the whole crawl. The winner will recieve a special prize :)

What is a Sweat Crawl?

This is a very common question, so don’t feel left out. The Sweat Crawl is the best new way to get active, make new friends, and fly through some great workouts in Baltimore. It’s the perfect opportunity to try something new at some of Baltimore’s top fitness studios and gyms. The Sweat Crawl is for participants of all skill and fitness levels – whether you use it as a starting point or just want to switch up your regime! It’s not a competition, it’s about getting people together, trying something new, while making some great new friends, and getting your fit on! Oh, and of course going to an epic party afterward to celebrate!

What is it like?

Participants run, jog, walk, jump, crawl – whatever it takes to get their way throughout the designated area. Each studio we visit have a distinct, targeted, and fun half-hour workout and it was definitely the most entertaining way to get a full-body workout!
