Arrow Rock’s Halloween Spooktacular is back by popular demand. Join site staff in the campground on Saturday, Oct. 25, for games, stories, costume contests and so much more. All activities are free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight.
