Halloween special: Protecting our energies and Honouring our lost loved ones

This 2 in 1 workshop can help children learn how to protect their energies from everyday life in this overstimulating world. Protecting your energy is mostly about being grounded and calm, so we shall explore different mindfulness techniques to help us aid in that endeavour. The second half lets us hold space for loved ones we have lost. Halloween is all about a time of honouring out ancestors and lost loved ones. We shall also delve into why Halloween is associated with passed on people and how we keep their memory alive. In the “protecting our energy” workshop we shall be making herb spell bags and the “honouring our passed loved ones” we shall be anointing a candle in their honour and together we shall hold space and create intention to send our love to them.
This workshop is £10 per child (Parent/guardian included in the ticket).
