We are so excited to be offeing this FREE event! This is Dyer Parks & Recreation's 25th Annual Halloween Parade. Come out to Pheasant Hills Park to show us your scariest, funniest, most creative, most innovated and/or Disney themed costumes. Be creative! We have prizes to award in many catagories.
The parade will start as close to 2pm as possible.We'll walk around the walking path at Pheasant Hills Parks and return for the amazing awards and raffle prizes.
Please arrive by 1:30pm receive your costume contest number. All ages are welcome. Goodie bags to the first 150.
