THE OVERTHRONE:
The Overthrone is a Swedish, Stockholm-based Melodic death metal band that has only begun its great journey. The Overthrone has released an EP, a full length album, toured through Europe and played at Wacken 2022. The Overthrone thrives to grow ever larger and to give something back to the beautiful world of metal through live shows and new music.
Being inspired by the Swedish melodic death metal scene that has gained respect from all over the world due to revolutionary bands like In Flames, At the Gates, Arch Enemy etc, The Overthrone aspires to one day become a part of that list. The band has gotten incredible feedback for their first EP release “The Plague” and their full length album “Bloodmoon”. Songs from both of these releases were added to Spotify’s editorial playlists such as; New Blood and New Metal tracks.
In January of 2025, "Bug Hunt" marked The Overthrone's return as their first release since Bloodmoon (2022). Another single, "Bred to Exterminate" was released in April. A new EP, "Reclamation", comes out in the fall of 2025.
VITTRA:
Vittra is a Swedish Melodic Death/Thrash Metal band with strong songwriting, catchy hooks and highly energetic live performances!
Originally called “Vildvittra”, based on the characters created by Astrid Lindgren as part of “Ronja Rövardotter”, their name later evolved into Vittra, inspired by the mythical creatures appearing in Swedish folk stories. And while Swedish folk is a recurring theme weaving in and out of their music, the band is firmly rooted in Melodic Death and Thrash Metal in the veins of At the Gates, Dissection and Megadeth.
DISTANCE BETWEEN:
Distance Between is a Swedish metal band that started in 2015. In 2016, the band released their first single, "Metal Works".
During the past years the band has released two EPs and four singles.
Distance Between has performed club shows and festivals since 2018.
