Choose your favorite designs, paint and decorate them in your own unique style, and assemble a festive keepsake to take home.

Halloween is a time of transformation, imagination, and play—a perfect moment to explore how creativity supports wellness, mindfulness, and presence. Along with the crafting portion, this workshop includes a brief discussion on how creativity and crafting promote wellness, followed by a short mindfulness activity to help you ground, relax, and connect before you create.
