LADIES & MEN STYLING
Ladies Salsa Dance Styling Workshop designed to help women add elegance, confidence, and personal flair to their salsa dancing. The workshops will focus on refining body movement, enhancing musicality, and incorporating feminine styling elements like graceful arm gestures, spins, and body isolations.
Men Cuban Salsa Dance Styling Workshop designed to help male dancers refine their technique, boost confidence, and add dynamic flair to their salsa moves. The workshops will focus on masculine energy, emphasising body control, footwork precision, and expressive arm movements while maintaining a commanding presence on the dance floor.
CUBAN SALSA PARTNER WORK
Cuban Salsa Partner Work will focuses on teaching how to connect, communicate, and execute dynamic partner moves in the Cuban salsa style. This workshop is ideal for dancers who want to improve their leading or following skills, learn intricate turn patterns, and embrace the playful, circular energy of Cuban salsa
Understand how to match your movements to the rhythm and accents of Cuban salsa music, including breaks and tempo changes
Gain confidence in a social setting by practicing how to smoothly transition between moves, adapt to different partners, and maintain a fun, relaxed vibe on the dance floor.
