HALLOWEEN Kids Yoga & Fitness GLOW Party!

Drop your kids off and run your errands, or have a relaxing brunch! Pick them up after 90 minutes of calisthenic activity, yoga, and mindfulness.
The class will begin with fun ice breakers for the kids to settle in and get to know each other. Afterwards we will play calisthenic games such as tag and dodgeball while learning calisthenic activities such as lunges, squats, and push-ups, designed to build your little one's strength and improve cardiovascular health.
Once they're tired out, yoga is introduced through story and play where they will learn yoga basics, various yoga shapes, and yoga breath. At the end of the class to settle down they will learn breathing and mindfulness techniques followed by meditation games.

Your biggest challenge will be keeping them awake in the car ride home after!
