Join Miss Shelly for a fun filled Halloween Kids Aerial Yoga and Art workshop!This fun workshop will include exploring body awareness and learning how to safely play in the aerial silks. This workshop also includes an Autumn themed art project that the children will get to take home. Kids are welcomed to wear a costume but but be sure to have comfortable clothing on underneath. This is to ensure safety with the aerial silks.
What to expect:
A space for children to learn the basics of aerial silks, along with a stretch and warm up, mindfulness, guided meditation and and the freedom to play. There will be an art section where each child will create a fall themed craft to take home. Snacks are provided as well!

About your children's aerial guide:
Michelle Swiatowski is a yoga and meditation instructor, substitute teacher, and is currently finishing up her bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in visual arts. She has a passion for yoga and children, is a mother herself, and has experience as a children's teaching assistant and coach.
