Our 5th annual Halloween Glow-in-the-Dark event! Halloween HIIT Pilates is a fast-paced workout with short bursts of cardio and familiar pilates exercises. The movements can be modified or intensified to match your pace.This fun class features blacklights, glow sticks, a Halloween playlist, and pumpkin smoothie shots afterward. Wear white or neon colors if you have them!
