Halloween Fun 🎃 Come in costume. Plan on Halloween activities to include painting/decorating pumpkins. For moms or dads and their littles ages 2-6, Mommy/Daddy and Me Yoga aims to introduce yoga practices to children through singing, dancing, playing, and creating arts and crafts. Kids will gain strength, balance,and flexibility while also gaining confidence and compassion. Parents and their littles will develop their bond with each other, laugh, and have fun together in this heart-warming class. Your littles will be introduced to the many gifts of yoga, including asana (poses), meditation, and pranayama (breathing).
🧡 Requires preregistration. Please sign up using link here or on the Mindbody app for class under parent name (no need to include child's name.) Up to two children with each adult.
🧡 Please enter studio through back entrance. Door will open 10 minutes before scheduled time. Bring a pair of socks to wear in class.
🧡 Please be on time as doors will be locked once class begins. If you arrive late you will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Due to the nature of this class we understand that things come up and that you may not be able to cancel within the 2 hour cancellation window. However, please cancel class up to class start time in order to avoid any late charges.
🧡 If this is your first class please allow time to complete a waiver for you and your child.
🧡 All caregivers welcome.
