Weds 30th October 10.30-11.15amThis spooky workshop is a great way to spend some quality time together, reconnect with each other and have fun through Yoga.
Yoga is a great activity for children and parents to take up and help to build on strength, flexibility, enhancing focus & mindfulness, and finding inner calm & quietness. There will be lots of fun and laughter along the way learning something together!
Open to children from 4-11yrs
£8 adult and one child, £1.50 for additional children/ adults. Maximum 3 children per family.
