Welcome to our Halloween Edition Women's Self Defense Workshop!
Nothing is scarier than not knowing what to do if faced with violence! Come join us at The Women's Defense Company for a fun and empowering event where you'll learn some essential tricks for staying safe and then stay for some treats with a community focused on empowerment. Our experienced instructors will teach you how to reduce your risks of being attacked and ways to defend yourself in various situations. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for all levels. Don't miss this opportunity to find out more about us and boost your confidence and stay safe. Grab your friends, wear your favorite Halloween costume, and come learn to be your best protector.
- Open to women and girls 12 and over
- We will work without shoes, socks are fine
- Costumes are encouraged!
- Proceeds will be donated to the Betty Griffin Center to help support survivors of domestic violence.
- Students will receive a discount to our Warrior Program
Males are not permitted to stay during class
