Decorate a half dozen Halloween inspired cookies while sipping on delicious, award winning cider!S care up some spooky fun this Halloween at our all ages, beginner level cookie decorating class!
Ever find yourself watching cookie decorating videos and wishing you could try? This is the perfect event for you! Sugarcoated has taught over 1,000 people how to decorate sugar cookies using royal icing with their signature approach that is fun and casual while ensuring you walk away with all your questions answered and knowledge you need to make cookies at home!
In this 90 minute class we will decorate a half dozen cookies in 3 Halloween shapes. Amalea and her team will provide expert instruction and tips so you can decorate stunning cookies! All the baking, mixing, bagging (and clean up!) is already done, so you get to focus on the fun.

Here's what's included in the class:
-6 cookies in 3 designs,
-3 bags of royal icing,
-All the tools you need like a scribe, parchment paper, and paper towel,
-A box to take your completed cookies home,
-Group presentation of introduction to decorating plus tips for each cookie design,
-A full color printed packet with step-by-step picture instructions, tips, and hints for success (yours to keep!), and
-A delicious Lost Boy Cider/taxes/gratuity (non-alcoholic option available, I also love their apple juice).
-As a bonus you also get royal icing and sugar cookie recipes!
This is a beginner level, all ages class, so grab a friend (or two!), a family member, or that special someone in your life for a great evening out.

Allergens - Common allergens that are in the cookies and icing include wheat, eggs, and dairy. Gluten-free cookies are available (see the option below) but please keep in mind that I do not operate a gluten-free kitchen. Cookies do not include nut or nut oils (e.g. almond extract). Sugarcoated is SafeServ certified, VDACS inspected, and follows all best practices for allergen control.
Cancellation policy - Everything is made (and bought and ordered and printed and packaged) just for you! everything is made (and bought and ordered and printed and packaged) just for you! As a result, cancellations must be received by Tuesday, 10/22 for a full refund minus credit card processing fees of $5 (I'm sorry, but the processor doesn't refund them). From 10/23 to 10/24 , a partial refund of $20 will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations after 10/24. Good news is that you still get the cookie kit and class materials! We'll work together to schedule pickup at the bakery within a week of class (11/5).
