Do you want to learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies? If so, this class is perfect for you! I'll walk you step by step through creating these beautifully decorated cookies. All supplies are included, and no experience is necessary.I've been creating decorated cookies for 15 years, and love sharing my passion for this edible art. During class, I'll answer all of your questions and share my years of experience with you. Here's what we'll cover in class:
* How to make, color and get the right royal icing consistency for both piping and flooding
* Piping & flooding techniques
* Wet on wet techniques
* Royal icing transfers
* Drying and storing cookies
This class is for ages 11+
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the classes and sale, I will not be able to refund payment or apply it to a future class. If you find yourself in a position where you will need to cancel, please feel free to re-sell your seat or gift it to a friend or family member. Please, just let me know that you are canceling and who will be taking your place. IF CLASS NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, I'll do my best to reschedule with the venue. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be refunded your registration fee.
