Halloween Plates Painting: A Therapeutic Workshop to Craft your own Plate

Take a mindful pause and shape something beautiful with your own hands in a therapeutic clay workshop led by Ellen from Artme Ceramics. In this special Halllween session, participants will be guided through the soothing process of painting on pre-made ceramic plates.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, connect with the material, and enjoy the meditative rhythm of working with clay. As you form, smooth, and personalize your plate, you’ll also explore the therapeutic benefits of tactile creation and mindful making.
