Halloween at the Park

Last October's anniversary street party was such a good time that we're moving the party into the park for Halloween! Join the North Highlands Neighborhood Association for a little Halloween pregame: pizza and refreshments, costume parade (for people and pets), treat bags, music, and other events TBA!
Stop by to fuel up the kiddos before trick or treating, show off your costumes, and hang out with neighbors at North Highlands Park!
