Come and be part of the action at this engaging and collaborative event, where The Salvation Army will be involved in a simulated communication disaster exercise, organized by Halifax EMO at Fort Needham Memorial Park in Halifax – and it's completely FREE!
Experience a 24-hour ARRL Field Day exercise, uniting emergency response groups and amateur radio enthusiasts to evaluate and exhibit our city's communication readiness. It's an excellent chance for the community to witness emergency communication procedures in real-time, discover the world of ham radio, and interact with our local emergency response units.
