Half-term Scarecrow Making for Primary School Children and their FamiliesJoin us for a fun-filled day of scarecrow making at our Earth Moves site in Wallasey! This exciting event is perfect for children and their families to get creative and enjoy some quality time together all while enjoying the great outdoors.
Work together to make a scarecrow to protect the food grown for the community.
During the event, alongside the scarecrow crafting there will be interactive activities where your children can discover fascinating facts about different types of trees and plants. You'll have the chance to get up close and personal with various specimens, exploring their unique features and learning how they contribute to our ecosystem.
Free, funded by the Earnest Cook Trust. Suitable for Primary School aged children. Please ensure you wear suitable shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty! Children must be accompanied at all times as this is a working site and there is open water in the form of a pond.
