Half Hearted Promotions Presents: Vandal Live at Alexander’s Bar

Local Belfast musician, Gerard Mclarnon is back after a long hiatus with a new look and a new band!

Hailing from the heart of West Belfast, Gerard Mclarnon quickly began to make a name for himself within the local music scene following the release of his debut single, “The Climb”. Since then, Mclarnon has went on to sign with Record labels and release an EP with old group “The Fantasia”. In the dying end of 2021 however, The Fantasia would come to an untimely demise.

Since then, Mclarnon has been working behind the scenes, recruiting new band members, writing new material and in March 2022, announced his new band “VANDAL”. VANDAL announced their first gig in the same month, taking to the stage at Alexander’s, one of Lisburns finest musical venues.

For the time being, VANDAL will embark on this new journey as a power trio. Thus far, the group is made up of Gerard Mclarnon on guitar and vocals, Jordan Mckeown on Drums and Liam Taylor on bass!

Promising a brilliant night with support from Belfasts very own Baroda and The Continentals as well as singer songwriter Emma Doherty, you do not want to miss this brilliant night of live music!
