Do you always wonder what Past Life Regression is all about? Always interested to give it a go but don’t know where and who to go to?
I’m very honoured to be able to invite Judy Sharp (hypnotherapist and Past Life Therapist) to join our Feb Half Day Retreat. She will lead an introduction to Past Life Regression so we can understand this subject and explore further.
This is a bio of Judy - Judy Sharp's spiritual journey began when she moved to the Algarve, at the ripe old age of 40! Based at a centre for all things spiritual, she was exposed to concepts and ideas, treatments and therapies she had never heard of. She took a course in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy there, and started practicing alongside her day job as a freelance marketing consultant and feature writer. it was her own powerful experience of a past life session to resolve long-standing claustrophobia that made her decide to learn more about regression and how it can help people across a wide range of "this life" issues. Judy returned to England in 2010 after some 30 years in Southern Europe, and established a successful private practice in what she calls the "outfield" of hypnotherapy, with spirit release and soul retrieval work as well as regression.
Her book "Past Life Healing" was published by Local Legend in 2022, and won the National Spiritual Writing Competition. It explores the history the concept of reincarnation across time and cultures, and it looks at research into the subject by independent researchers and pioneering therapists. It also contains more than 30 real life case studies from her own files, illustrating the broad range of life challenges that have been tackled - and resolved - by tracing the real underlying root cause back to a trauma in a past life and healing it there at source.

I will be leading our group Reiki healing experience with meditation and I will also be doing personalised angel cards/ oracle cards readings for each and everyone of you who attend.
