HALF DAY SELF CARE RETREAT Treat yourself to half a day of relaxation, leave feeling refreshed, inspired and empowered.
The day will begin with a gentle yoga practice and guided meditation, guided by me, Becs, allowing you to settle in to the day.
To follow you will be transported into ultimate relaxation with a 30 minute sound bath held by an amazing yoga teacher and sound healer, Rhiannon, including head massages using essential oils.
After this will be a journaling work shop, empowering each other, reflecting on the year so far and setting goals to take in to the rest of the year.
The day will finish with nutritious home made vegetarian food and a painting session to let your creative energy flow and talk amongst each other, spreading the good vibes!
You will take home a self care goodie bag full of treats so you can continue your self care rituals from home.
