Half Day Embodied Yoga Retreat

Join us for a morning of movement, play, self-expression and relaxation. No prior knowledge is needed - we’re here to guide you to you.

The day will begin with Shake The Dust session - a fun and embodied, music-driven workout combining dance, yoga and high intensity, intuitive movement. This will be followed by light snacks, refreshments and journalling followed by a yummy restorative session into meditation.

9.30am - 1pm session with arrival from 9.15am.

Health: Participants with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt, the participant should consult their doctor. Participants must notify CreateSpace of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued use of yoga practice at the location referenced above.
