Logistics:

1. Event runs from 1-7pm. Admission is Free
2. Chairs, Tables, Tents etc are the responsibility of every individual vendor
3. No food or beverage sales allowed except for food and beverage vendors
4. We are not liable for damages or stolen goods.
5. There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited. Event takes place rain or shine.
6. All vendors are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance
7. We will be investing a large amount into paid advertising, flyers in the neighborhood and local businesses, prior event attendees, and influencer marketing to ensure a succesful event for all participants
8. There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited. Event takes place rain or shine. This event will be part indoor part outdoor.
9. Check-in will be 8:30-11:30am on Saturday
10. Floor plan will be sent via email by Thursday of the week of the event
