Welcome to our first in person training in two years! In this training we will learn and deepen our skills of tracking and creating unique Hakomi experiments with body and mind that support our healing potential and the discovery of new possibilities.
About multilevel training:
This workshop/training is open for both new and experienced to the Hakomi method. It is relevant for the general public as well as to professionals working in mental health, physical therapy, teaching etc.
You can join one day, two days or all the three days. If you're new to Hakomi, you have to come Friday or Saturday.

About the Venue: Helsehuset iSenter is situated close to the city center of Oslo. 5 minutes with the tram 11 or 12 from Storo. It's also easy to get free parking in the area.
We will have a 90 minutes lunch break each day. You can choose to bring your own food, or go to one of the many cafes in the area.
Cost:
1 day of training: 1200 NOK
2 days of training: 2400 NOK
3 days of training: 3400 NOK (early bird price, booking before August 10th 2022, after: 3600 NOK)
Last day to sign up for the training August 18th!

Near by the venue is a low-cost hostel called Haraldsheim hostel. If looking for other hotels or air bnb, search for the Storo or Nydalen area, then you're a short trip from both the training venue at the city center.
