In celebration of the 219th anniversary of the Haitian Flag, Haiti Cultural Exchange in partnership with the Prospect Park Alliance present a Haitian Flag Day Selebrasyon!

Honoring Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte & NYC Council Members, Farah Louis, Rita Joseph, Mercedes Narcisse, and Chi Osse.

Featuring music by Zaxai, dance performance by Peniel Guerrier & Kriye Bode, artisanal vendors, cooking demos and more!

Haiti Cultural Exchange (HCX) in a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop, present and promote the cultural expressions of the Haitian people. Founded in 2009 by seven Haitian women to create a permanent presence for Haitian Arts & Culture in NYC. HCX’s programs in the arts, education and public affairs raise awareness of social issues and foster cultural understanding within and beyond the Haitian community.

Prospect Park Alliance is the non-profit organization that sustains, restores and advances Prospect Park, Brooklyn's Backyard, in partnership with the City of New York.
