Hair Peace & Hope Wellness & Mindfulness Workshop

Join for a special FREE Wellness & Mindfulness Workshop as part of our 10th Anniversary Celebration.

Founded in 2016, Hair Peace & Hope, a program under Women of H.O.P.E., is dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), autoimmune diseases, and other chronic health challenges through awareness, advocacy, wellness, and community support.

This uplifting workshop is designed to encourage self-care, healing, mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional wellness while creating meaningful community connections. Attendees will have the opportunity to pause, recharge, and focus on their overall well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As we celebrate 10 years of impact, compassion, and hope, we invite the community to join us for an evening centered on wellness, encouragement, and empowerment.
