Chefs, join us on Friday, February 27th from 3–5pm at the East Haven Senior Center on 91 Taylor Avenue to share and sample small dishes inspired by recipes from Emeril Lagasse. No RSVP required, and no need to cook if you’d rather just come, relax, and learn something new. As always, many humble thanks to the good folks of the East Haven Senior Center for their accommodations and their hospitality!
