HAFTA's On The Rocks 2024

Our two-day member's event includes big fun social rides, great prize draws, a delicious feast, a chilled evening by a fire, and overnight camping near the trails. Post-ride festivities will be at the scenic Kelso Park again which is close by to the Agreement Forest and Hilton Falls trails. Limited spots are available due to capacity restrictions so don't wait to reserve your spot.

OTR Tickets are sold individually (One person at a time) and include a dinner, entry to Kelso and a chance to win a Go Pro HERO 12 Black (a $549 value).

OTR SCHEDULE (Please read):

Saturday Group Rides - Park and Register at MOHAWK RACETRACK at 10:30am-11pm. Group rides commence at 12:00pm sharp. We return to the Mohawk parking lot by 4:00 pm and you'll head over to event site at Kelso for 4:30 pm.

Dinner: Meals begin being served at around 6pm

Prizes: Your event pass includes ONE entry to win the Go Prop. Additional draw prizes at the event which tickets can be purchased - cash preferred! 10 tickets for $10, 25 for $20.

We recommend bringing lawn chairs and additional snacks for the social evening by the camp fire

Sunday: Kelso Group Ride time TBD. HAFTA will provide coffee and some pastries at breakfast time.

PLEASE ALSO READ:

1. When purchasing your OTR Ticket, please also select ONE (1) meal as an add-on. If you choose and pay for multiple meals, you will only be given ONE meal and selected at organizer's choice.

2 . If you're NOT a HAFTA member, you MUST select the non-member surcharge add-on. If a non-member fails to pay the additional fee, HAFTA will cancel your ticket.

3. No refunds. Unfortunately if you're unable to attend day-of, we will not be able to refund your ticket cost. However, your ticket is transferrable but must go to another HAFTA member as well as your selected meal option.

4 . Alcoholic beverages will not be served at this event.
