In the event that an artist is changed or cancelled, no refunds will be issued. Babylon & Hafleh Sydney is not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees as a result of a lineup change or cancellation, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses. But for any circumstance preventing the full completion of the event, refunds will not be entitled. Entry is not guaranteed to club side, first in best dressed. This is strictly an 18+ event. RSA Applies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry regardless of tickets or booking and entry is always at the discretion of the door host and security on the night and time of entry.
* Management of Babylon upholds a Dress Code of smart, classy & sophisticated attire. Any patron with the following may be denied entry into the venue and no refunds will be issued:
Offensive haircuts (mullets, rats tails), no outlaw motorcycle gangs, no man bags or backpacks, visible tattoos, athletic wear, shorts, singlets, runners/thongs/sandals/unclean or untidy footwear, shirts or clothing with visible brands or labels, hats/caps/bandanas, fancy dress (exemptions apply for specific events and functions), anything deemed not appropriate by management according to the dress code.
Babylon & Security Team reserves the right to refuse entry if guests display quarrelsome conduct, or it is suspected that you are overly intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, or suspected of any other criminal behaviour. We may if required, administer a ban to a patron for a period deemed by management as suitable and fair.
