The Delphi Academy of Florida High School proudly presents "Hadestown" Teen Edition!This musical features a unique musical style that draws heavily from New Orleans jazz, blues, and folk music with lively rhythms. Your toes will be tapping as you follow the twists and turns of the retelling of the ancient Greek mythology stories of Orpheus & Eurydice, and Hades & Persephone.
Featuring Delphi Academy High School students, we are excited to be presenting this captivating production with a very immersive layout called "theater in the round" or "arena theater". In this configuration, the audience surrounds the performers on all sides, allowing for a direct connection between the performers and the audience, enhancing the overall performance.
Hadestown is officially recommended for audiences ages 8 and up. We can't wait to see you there!
